Obama's new low in the infomercial world

Slice em' and dice em.
Rock hard abs in 20 minutes or less.
Buns of steel.
Obama's 30 minute infomercial takes the genre to a new level.
 The most audacious claims of the most outlandish  TV hawkers pale in comparison to Obama's snake oil pitch.
In truth, to watch the entire 30 minutes would have been a masochistic endeavor beyond my personal tolerance level. But as best as I can glean Obama's point is that America is not merely in crisis, but is in fact, deeply and fundamentally flawed, and that he, and only he, can fix it. 
Kind of sheds new light on Michelle Obama's comment that up to now she has never been proud of America.
The contrast between Reagan's view of  America as a "shining light" and Obama's view could not have been made more clearly.
Obama  believes America is an "evil Empire" and his policy will reflect this deeply held core belief.
Next tuesday we will find out whether America has suffered a sea change in her long held foundations, and fundamentals.
By way of understatement the prospect of an ObamaNation is even more troubling after his infomercial.
I need some peace and quiet.
Maybe I'll take my Popeel pocket fisherman and head to the lake.
Maybe I just need to eat.
Where is that darn Veg-A-Matic anyway.
